  • We rent out 2 and 3 bedroom mobile homes here in New Pekin, IN only. But we do not have any mobile homes available at the moment.
  • If we have any homes available for rent we will usually advertise them on Craig's List and/or Facebook Marketplace. 
  • We DO NOT sell mobile homes or do rent-to-own.

-All adult applicants must do a criminal background check ($32.95 per adult applicant)

-We check if you’ve had any prior drug abuse related criminal history with meth, heroine, and other similar drugs

-We check for rental and eviction history

-We require proof of employment

-We require proof of income

-If you receive money from the government we require proof of that income
